What to expect
Over three sessions, we will:
• Explore the planets through stories, games, and interactive science activities
• Learn the difference between inner and outer planets
• Paint each planet using realistic colors
• Build a complete a 3D solar system model to take home

I’m Lorena - a homeschooling mother of three, a nature-based educator, and a wife creating a purposeful life rooted in family, learning, and meaningful work at home. I founded Oak Ridge Nature School to help children connect deeply with the natural world and Gear Up Get Outdoors to provide resources that make nature-based education accessible to families everywhere.
Mindfully Educated is where I bring it all together, a space to reflect on homeschooling, share thoughtfully designed curriculum, and explore how learning can shape both the classroom and the home.
